Our ENCORE Career Services are designed to create the right balance between empowerment and support that you need to sucessfully launch your ENCORE Career.
We have created a powerful system for supporting your move into an ENCORE Career. We begin with an intense, five-day workshop to help you define your passions and purpose, your skills, and fields of interest. We then help you hone your job-seeking and interviewing skills to prepare you to go out and land that IDEAL position. In addition to the workshop, we provide follow-up coaching to help you over rough patches, allow you to roll-play specific scenarios, and offer support and structure to your ENCORE Career launch.

Coaching is available for ongoing support on an as-needed basis. Clients often call us for coaching with transition, ageism, flexibility, work/life balance, and other issues. Single Coaching Session: 60 minutes Tuition: $225
Series of Five Coaching Sessions: 60 minutes each Tuition: $900 (one session free)
